**Job Responsibilities:

- **
- Monitor and Handle Shipping Documents: Oversee and manage all shipping documents for customer exports to Thailand, Malaysia, and South Africa to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
- Liaison between the company and customs authorities to ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Forwarders coordinator: Collaborate with forwarders to ensure shipments run as planned. Negotiate contracts and rates with shipping companies to ensure cost-effective shipping solutions.
- Handle import goods: Ensuring all imports comply with relevant regulations and standards & Coordinate with Chinese suppliers to order and receive goods in a timely manner.
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers to place orders and ensure the timely delivery of goods. Work closely with suppliers to resolve any issues related to orders, shipping, or documentation.
- Any ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the management to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the shipping department.
- Adapt to new tasks or responsibilities that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or related field.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and shipping software.

**Working mode**:

- Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 5:30pm
- Saturday, 8:15am - 12:15pm

**Working Location**:

- Juru, Penang
