**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Overall F&B Operations Management**:

- Oversee the entire F&B department, including restaurant, banquets, and room service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest dining experience.
- **Menu Planning and Development**:

- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and enticing menus.
- Ensure menu offerings meet quality and cost standards.
- **Budgeting and Financial Management**:

- Prepare and manage the staffing, supplies, and equipment.
- Monitor and control expenses to meet or exceed financial targets.
- **Staff Training, Development, and Recruitment**:

- Conduct regular briefings with the F&B team to discuss service standards, menu updates, and guest feedback.
- Lead recruitment efforts, conduct interviews, and onboard new team members to maintain a high-performing staff.
- **Guest Interaction and Relations**:

- Interact with guests to understand their preferences and address any concerns or special requests.
- Foster positive guest relations to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels for F&B supplies and amenities.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to restock supplies as needed.

**What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role**:

- **Proven Experience in F&B Management**:

- Demonstrated success in managing F&B operations in a hospitality setting.
- **Excellent Leadership and Team Management Skills**:

- Strong ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Menu Development and Culinary Knowledge**:

- Proficiency in menu planning and a deep understanding of culinary trends and techniques.
- **Financial Acumen**:

- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial management within an F&B operation.
- **Languages**:

- Proficiency in English and Malay is a requirement. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantageous bonus.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**:

- Skill in addressing operational challenges and finding suitable solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
