Position : Presales IT Specialist

Location : Kepong Kuala Lumpur

Working Days / Time : 8.30am - 5.30pm / Mon - Fri

**Job summary**

**Responsibility**
- Keep updated on industry standards, trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the IT sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges and objectives.
- Work with Sales and System Support teams to analyze the needs of customers and propose suitable customized solutions.
- Multitask and manage multiple customer profiles to prepare and review proposals for as well as creating technical documentations for other parties to follow-up with.
- Regularly collaborate with and educate various internal and external parties to improve the quality of solution proposals.
- Conduct solution demonstrations.
- Any other projects assign by Management from time to time.

**Requirement**
- At least 2 - 3 years working experience in the related field.
- Proven experience in pre-sales or technical role within the IT industry.
- Familiarity with IT products and services, such as IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, cyber security, POS Systems.
- Previous experience in systems engineering or technical consulting and SQL is advantageous.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
