Document Issuance:
Timely and accurately issue invoices, quotations, and sales orders to facilitate smooth sales transactions.
- Master Data Management:
Efficiently key in and maintain data in the master database, ensuring accuracy and completeness for effective business operations.
- Inquiry Coordination:
Proactively blast out customer inquiries to the respective sales personnel, fostering effective communication channels and prompt responses.
- Delivery Arrangement:
Organize and coordinate the delivery process, liaising with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Postage Coordination:
Manage postage logistics, ensuring cost-effective and reliable shipping methods for delivering products to customers.
- Salesperson Master Data Verification:
Regularly check and update salesperson master data to ensure accuracy and completeness, contributing to a reliable database.
- Reference Price Verification:
Thoroughly check and verify reference prices from local suppliers, ensuring alignment with pricing policies and competitiveness in the market.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
