**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential supplier and assess their capabilities.
- Assist in evaluating suppliers based on price, quality and delivery capabilities.
- Maintain and update the supplier database.
- Assist in preparing and issuing request for quotations (RFQs), proposal, (RFPs).
- Maintain accurate records of supplier performance, contract terms, and pricing.
- Update procurement databases and ensure all information is current and accurate.
- Assist in generating reports and analyses to support procurement decisions.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand their sourcing needs and requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain necessary documentations, such as certifications, quality reports, and compliance reports.
- Assist in negotiation of terms and conditions with suppliers.
- Ensure thatt all sourcing activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in monitoring and managing supplier risk, including financial, operational, and reputational risks.
- Support initiatives to improves sourcing processes, reduce costs, and enhance supplier relationship.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and new products or services.
- Any ad-hoc assignment delegate by the superior.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office software and document management system like SharePoint.
- Effective communication between co-workers across department.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
