HR / Admin - Jr. Executive

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital employee files and records.
- Digitize physical documents, ensuring proper scanning, filing, and archiving within the company's document management system.
- Ensure that all documents are up-to-date, well-organized, and securely stored according to company standards.
- Maintain an organized and accessible filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
- Utilize Timetec (or other HR software) to manage employee attendance, leave requests, and timesheets.
- Generate reports from the Timetec system, ensuring the accuracy of data and compliance with company policies.
- Train employees on how to use the Timetec system for tracking attendance and leave.
- Provide general administrative support to HR and the management team.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Diploma holder in Business Administration, Office Management or equivalent.
- Proven experience in HR and administration or similar roles.
- Strong experience with document control and digital document management.
- Familiarity with HR software, particularly Timetec or similar attendance management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,998.42 - RM3,659.69 per month
