**Job Description: -**
- Solving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on various production and facility equipment.
- Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns.
- Reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures, electrical schematics, blueprints, service manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance work
- Assembling / installing new machines, monitoring machine and equipment condition.
- Ensures operation of equipment for well maintained and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Supervises to produce manufactured products, and organizes and monitors workflow.
- Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Job Requirements: -**
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in **F&B Manufacturing Industry**:

- Knowledge in quality management system which including **ISO22000, GMP & HACCP.**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
- Able to understand **Mandarin** is an added advantage.
- **Willing work on alternate Saturdays (Full Day) and Public Holidays**.
- Preferably Supervisors or Executives specializing in F&B Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
