**Key Responsibilities**
**1) Food Preparation**
Assist in prepping ingredients, cooking menu items for bakery, pastries and preparing for various services like event and catering
**2) Station Rotation**
Gain experience by working and learning different kitchen stations under the guidance of superior
**3) Technical Skills**
**4) Teamwork and support**
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff, supporting daily operations, inventory management and ensuring proper portioning and presentation of dishes.
**5) Hygiene and Safety**
Adhere to strict food safety, sanitation and HACCP guideline to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
**6) Learning & Development**
Actively seek to learn and improve knowledge of culinary techniques and standards.
**Required Skills & Knowledge**
1) A high level of discipline is essential in a kitchen environment, which requires precision, organization and adherence to standards
2) A passion for culinary art and commitment to providing a high-quality dining experience are key
3) The ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships within the kitchen team is crucial
**Job Types**: Fresh graduate, Student job
Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
