What to Expect- Prepare business performance reports on actuals and monitor against targets/ forecast/ budget.- Develop interactive and intuitive reports/dashboard to transform data into valuable insights subsequently actionable information for management and internal stakeholders.- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify key drivers and its potential impacts to business.- Perform scenario-based simulations of business performance or product usage to support pricing assessment and company strategy.- Communicate insights effectively to management and internal stakeholders through identification of opportunities, risks, and action towards them.- Establish good relationships with key stakeholders across organization and cross regions via regular, engaging, and two-way conversation and collaboration.- Lead end-to-end project that requires coordination across different functions, good time management and effective communication.-
- Implement continuous improvements to current processes for increased productivity and effectiveness of day-to-day deliveries.- Maintain accurate and complete documentations for all business processes within the team.- Acquire good business understanding on Swift products and services to be able to deliver intuitive analysis.

What will make you successful- Minimum university Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Information System, Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent.- Minimum 3 years working experience in data analysis, business intelligence or related fields.- Minimal Requirement: Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
- Added advantage: MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, MS Access, KNIME- Fluent English speaking and writing- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to understand and work with large-scale and complex dataset, business logic and processes.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data, research, and design practical and scalable solutions.- Highly self-motivated with ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and customer-centric attitude, as well as work independently with mínimal supervision.- Team player with strong collaborative mind-set and ability to work cross functionality and in multi-national/cultural environment.
