**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned key accounts (e.g., Watsons, Guardian)
- Work closely with buyers and category managers to execute promotions, listings, and Campaigns
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance to optimize inventory and forecast demand
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand activations and point-of-sale Strategies
- Lead periodic business reviews with retail partners
- Track competitor activity and provide market feedback to internal teams
- Work with supply chain to ensure timely delivery and minimize stockouts
- Support the Head of Sales in meeting overall channel sales targets
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard new pharmacy accounts to expand brand presence

beyond existing key retailers.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in key account management or retail sales, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or FMCG
- Strong knowledge of health & beauty retail operations (Watsons, Guardian, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data-driven reporting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with fast-changing or trend-based products is a plus
- Experience in pharmacy channel development and new account acquisition will be an advantage

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
