Counter Supervisor

**Summary of responsibilities**:

- To assist the Brand/ Marketing Manager in monitoring the outlet/ counter for routing operations or promotion activities to ensure that sales target to be achieved smoothly.
- To achieved monthly outlet/ counter sales target.
- Monitor responsible regional outlet/ counters sales activities
- Regularly visit to the responsible outlet / counter
- Develop and maintain rapport business relationship with dealers.
- Monitor on outlets/counters stock to ensure that the merchandises are correctly matched for all area by the sales supervisor e.g. design, colors etc. are suit for the customer’s demands.
- Reduce the over carried of old stock, propose for inter
- counter transfer or return to company’s warehouse when necessary.
- Prepare for and attend trade exhibitions and other promotional opportunities. Represents Company at such events in order to generate sales leads and enhance brand image.
- Supervises and coordinates work activities of promoter in outlet / counter.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least SPM and fluent speaking in Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa English
- **Possess own transport and willing to travel.**:

- At least 1 year experience in retail outlet operations, preferably executive or retail operations.
- **Able start ASAP will be an advantage.**

**Salary: RM2, 000.00 to RM5, 000.00 /month, including: Basic + Commission + Incentive **(Based on experience)**

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
