Key Duties:

- Receiving and Verifying Goods:

- Receiving and verifying materials against purchase orders.
- Checking for any discrepancies or damages.
- Storage and Organization:

- Storing materials in a safe and organized manner.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly storage area.
- Inventory Management:

- Maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying potential shortages.
- Initiating purchase requisitions when stock levels approach minimum limits.
- Stopping purchases when maximum limits are reached.
- Issuing Materials:

- Issuing materials only in authorized quantities.
- Ensuring that materials are issued to the correct departments or individuals.
- Record Keeping:

- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
- Periodically checking physical stock against book balances.
- Other Duties:

- Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Preparing and packing materials for shipment.
- Loading and unloading materials.
- May be responsible for basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- May supervise and train other warehouse personnel.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
