**Job Summary**

The Warehouse Admin Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse. This role involves maintaining records, coordinating shipments, data entry, and supporting warehouse staff with administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts.
- Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents (e.g., delivery orders, invoices, packing lists).
- Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic) for easy retrieval of warehouse documents.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments regarding deliveries and shipments.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory control to prevent stock shortages.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
- Handle office supplies requisition for warehouse staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform other administrative tasks and support warehouse operations as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Good computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of WMS is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills in [languages required].
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics flow.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
