**Job Position : Finance Associate**

**Reporting to: GBSC Manager**

**Location: UOA Business Park, Glenmarie**
- To perform dailiy operations and ensure timely closing of accounts during month end
- Process vendor invoices and payment
- Follow up on Vendor SOA and payment enquiries
- Perform/ analyse reconciliations, reports and schedules.
- Respond and follow up on internal and external parties issues and queries
- Participate in reviewing processes periodically to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Prepare adhoc reports and participate in projects
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Accounting/Financial management. Fresh school leavers/ fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- LCCI/ Diploma/Degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent
- Proficient in Ms Excel/ Computer savvy
- D365 and experience of working in share service centre will be advantageous
- Able to work well with the team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detailed oriented and organized.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese would be advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
