**Role Title: Technical Business Analyst**

**Responsibilities**
- Collect, analyze, and document customer requirements, needs, and current processes.
- Create and convey technical specifications, including design, development, and testing plans.
- Identify, assess, and manage technology-related risks.
- Design innovative, efficient, and scalable solutions.
- Assess the usability and scalability of proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to implement necessary changes.
- Design, document, test, and deploy software solutions.

**Experience & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven skills in researching, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues.
- Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, C#, etc.).
- Experience collaborating with developers.
- Strong skills in data collection and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
