**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure Halal Policy & Assurance System is understood andimplemented.
- Upkeep the MYe-Halal and keep record to track Halal status of all theingredients and food premise certification.
- Conduct cleanliness & hygiene inspections on workers and premisearea, also conduct quality and safety inspections on raw materials, in
- process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance withregulatory standards.
- Revising and updating Halal Assurance System (HAS) as per JAKIMrequirements and handling JAKIM Audit independently.
- Assist to conduct Internal Halal Audit & Internal Halal AwarenessTraining for new staff.
- Monitoring compliance and non-conformity issues in food handlingprocess, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Coordinate and maintain the Halal certification process, includingdocumentation and audits.
- Other add-hoc task given by superior.

**Job Requirement / Qualifications**:

- Training will be provided.Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Able to work under superior instructions & according to deadlines.
- Priority is given if there is Halal Certificate Training given by certifiedtrainers from JAKIM.
- Have a vehicle license to drive to premises (Outlets) to monitor andfollow up inspection on any non-compliance issues related to Halal requirements if needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gelang Patah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
