Plan & implement program to promote safety awareness among all levels of including awareness program/briefing safety work practices, guidelines, training programs, consultation, and established safety practices
- To implement and monitor aspect of Safety Management System activities in the workplace
- To submit a Monthly Safety Report and Safety Statistic Record
- Manage Emergency Response Team in the company
- To observe and/or maintain a diary detailing safety activity(s), hazardous works, housekeeping, safety instruction, in workplace.
- To investigate causes of non-conformities and accidents, and recommend corrective actions
- To implement all procedures and practices as stipulated in the company policy.
- To conduct induction safety training for new staff.
- To provide assistance for safety before & during internal/external audit by ensuring all related documents is updated from time to time.
- To perform factory inspection and co-ordinate to ensure update of all DOSH machineries inspection schedule.
- Review all HIRARC and Job Hazard Analysis before its execution,
- To ensure all safety, health and environmental related aspects within local regulatory act which includes - OSHA, FMA, ESA, EQA, Fire Service Act, Local Government Act, REACH and RoHS.
- To participate in Audit compliance matters.
- To maintain the documentation for DOE and DOSH.
- To manage Scheduled Waste storage and disposition accordance to the regulation.
- Update DOE related information/data on regular basis (as determined by regulation)
- Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point).
- Good command of written and spoken English and B. Malaysia.
- Able to interact with local authorities, consultants, contractors and all levels of staffs.
- Fresh and young graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
