- To prepare BQ, tender document, call for quotation, prepare cost comparison for ongoing project including source and negotiate price with sub-contractors.
- Post-contract administration works including preparation of sub-contract, VO, intern valuations and final account.
- Pre-contract administration works includes tender evaluation, sourcing of suppliers and sub-contractors, preparation of costing for contract works etc.
- Taking off quantities for tendering project and prepare tender documentation.
- To prepare & submit monthly progress claim to clients.
- Monitoring for materials requisition and ensure materials are accurate within the project budget.
- Monitor overall project delivery and ensure materials are in accordance to contractual items and conditions.
- Can travel by alone.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
