**Job Summary**

The Store Assistant is responsible for supporting daily store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and recording of materials such as kitchen equipment, spare parts, and tools. The role ensures that the store functions efficiently and supports project, installation, and service teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Material Handling**
- Assist in receiving incoming materials and verify quantity & condition.
- Unload, sort, label, and move items to designated storage areas.
- Support the safe handling and movement of heavy or delicate kitchen equipment.

**2. Issuing & Dispatch**
- Help pack and ready stock for loading to truck.
- Maintain clean and organized dispatch and receiving areas.

**3. Record Keeping**
- Label all received and issued items properly for traceability.
- Assist in daily stock updates and physical inventory checks.

**4. Store Maintenance**
- Ensure the store is kept clean, well-organized, and safe.
- Report damaged, expired, or missing items to the Store In-charge.

**5. Coordination**
- Coordinate with technicians, project staff, and logistics for smooth dispatch.
- Communicate basic stock shortages or requirements to the supervisor.

**Required Qualifications**
- SPM/Fresh graduates
