**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty drinks.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our menu and ingredients to educate customers and answer any questions.
- Ensure all beverages and food items meet our quality standards for taste and presentation.
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and customer areas.
- Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about brewing techniques and flavor profiles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
