**Job Summary**
- To ensure that all transactions are conducted and administered within established guidelines as set by the Central Store.
- Responsible for carrying out any other additional job duties that may be given as and when it may arise by the management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the goods are issued to end user efficiently to support the daily operation of MMC.
- Responsible in receiving goods, issuance goods to wards and other departments based on the requisition.
- Keep Central Store clean all the times and ensure all the materials are stored in a disciplined, orderly and secure.
- Report to Supervisor, Storekeeper on any issue or problems faced when carrying out day to day activities.
- Report to Supervisor, Storekeeper for the expired, with short expiry date and slow moving goods.
- Responsible for the labels are printed correctly and proper fix on the chargeable items. The labels must clearly identify by bar code and description.
- Monitor and issue printing forms to wards and other department.
- Work closely with other functional units, sections or departments to ensure optimal contribution by Central Store.
- Responsible for the data in the Central Store are updated correctly in the HIS and FIS.
- Responsible for the First Expired First Out (FEFO) system, which mean priority issued the goods with shorter expiry date.
- Responsible for Stock Cards are updated correctly against the physical stock.
- Ensure the medical and general supplies are maintained at the optimum stock level.
- Participate in physical count or cycle count

**Qualification and Requirement**
- Minimum SPM
- Computer literate with Microsoft office
- Have experience in storekeeping will be advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
