QC shift leader to oversee the Oversee day-to-day operations in the QC

**Responsibilities**:
**Responsible for QC operation**
- Held a meeting for team members at every start of work
- Update and analysis daily output reports
- Lead the teams of team members to perform Incoming Quality Assurance (IQA), Floor Quality Control, Final Quality Assurance
- Verify rejects found by team members (if any)
- Coordinate with relevant parties on the product disposition
- Perform department process and 5S audit to ensure the 4M1E (Man, Machine, Method, Material, Environment) conformity to procedures and ISO requirements
- Maintain good housekeeping at all time at the respective working area
- Ensure all equipment throughout the departments are regularly maintained by team members
- Feedback suspected/defect materials/issues to Managers or Engineers timely

**Responsible for QC Efficiency & Leadtime**
- Plan timely schedule for team members
- Check daily attendance of team members to ensure allocation of manpower at workstation assignments/rotations and carry out manpower utilization effectively to meet shipment
- Monitor & control overtime to ensure QC efficiency

**General**
- Ensure there is communication exchange between night and day shifts.
- Support OT duties, ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by Management from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Preferred 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the QC field at manufacturing field is required for this position.
- Previous experience as shift leader or in a similar role in manufacturing field
- Have basic knowledge in conducting audit
- Communication skill, strong leadership and handling of measurement equipment.
- Experience in a fast moving high-technology manufacturing environment
- Shift work is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
