**Role Overview**:
The Graphic Designer & Content Creator is responsible for designing and producing creative visual content aligned with the brand strategy of Zainol Chicken Industries. This role supports marketing initiatives by developing engaging multimedia content across various digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams to develop new brand visuals that resonate with target markets.
- Design creative content for online platforms including social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others relevant to the audience profile.
- Drive digital marketing campaigns through the creation and deployment of graphics, videos, and interactive posts that boost follower engagement and customer interaction.
- Produce and edit multimedia content, including shooting, editing, and posting video content.
- Monitor and analyze social media engagement metrics to optimize content strategies and delivery.
- Assist with other digital marketing efforts to ensure the success of the ZCI rebranding initiatives.
- Manage and organize digital media assets for easy retrieval and consistent brand presentation.
- Prepare promotional materials such as signboards, banners, flyers, posters, stickers, and product catalogs as per marketing schedules and campaigns.
- Participate in marketing events and exhibitions by capturing relevant images and videos for promotional use.
- Maintain and update social media profiles and online brand presence through regular content posts and interaction with followers.

- Ensure all creative outputs maintain consistency and enhance brand identity.
- Demonstrate proactive collaboration with marketing and product teams for effective campaign execution.

- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet monthly deliverable targets.
- Maintain organized digital libraries for media creative content storage and efficient access.

**Qualifications**
- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer and content creator, preferably in a marketing environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content engagement metrics.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing marketing needs.
- Basic photography and video editing skills.
- Time management skills with the ability to handle deadlines effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
