**ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM**
SITA Malaysia is on the lookout for recent graduates to join our SkyStar Program within the People Geography Team function, initially for a 12 month period, with an opportunity to become permanent.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support to People Country Managers across APAC (exclude Delhi) and serving as the main point of contact for HR Operations concerning Employee Life Cycle, Governance and Compliance, and Strategic activities. You will offer guidance and assistance to both internal and external customers, utilizing a thorough understanding of SITA’s processes, procedures, and policies, along with general HR knowledge. Additionally, you will participate in HR projects and program implementations of various programs under supervision of the People Country Manager.

**Empowered People, Reinventing Travel**
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
- Assist with APAC Geography People Strategic project initiatives that align with our business strategies and participate in project and program implementation.
- Act as the key enabler to ensure a positive employee experience throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle, from preboarding to offboarding.
- Monitor legislative changes affecting local HR policies, escalate relevant details to the Geography People Country Managers, and assist in drafting policy updates.
