**Overview of the Position**:
This role ensures efficient store room operations and provides excellent service to Independent Business Owners (IBOs). This position is responsible for stock room duties, encompassing stock receiving, replenishment, organization, and inventory management. Additionally, the role supports sales transactions and delivers customer service at the sales counter.

**The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative**:
**Sales Counter & Customer Service**:

- **Customer Experience**: Greet and assist IBO promptly and professionally at the sales counter.
- **Sales Transactions**: Assist IBOs in processing sales transactions, including order entry, payment processing, and packing the products. Ensure accuracy in all transactions and adhere to established sales procedures.
- **Stock Management Coordination**:Check real-time stock levels and inform customers of availability or lead times.
- **Product Knowledge**: Provide updated product information and promotional details to IBOs, highlighting new products, special offers, and upcoming events.
- **Event Participation**: Participate in company events and promotional activities as and when required.
- **Workplace Cleanliness & Safety**: Ensure the counter area is clean, tidy, and well-organized. Adhere to all safety regulations, especially when handling customer-purchased stock.
- **Additional Duties**: Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager to support overall operations.

**To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below**:

- **Detail-oriented** with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to **work independently** and collaboratively.
- **Proficient in basic computer skills**, including data entry and inventory management software.
- Experience in counter sales, inventory, or retail sales preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in stockroom management, inventory handling, or a related field is highly desirable.
- **Physical Fitness**: Must be physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and stock movement.
- **Work location: Bukit Jalil (nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)**:

- **Working days : Monday to Friday (10am - 7pm)**
