Position: Staff Nurse

Job Location: Iskandar Puteri Johor

Salary Range:RM2000.00 - RM4000.00

Currently, we are highly in need of staff nurses in the following departments,

1. NURSERY

2. OT

3.1VF

**SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

To provide direct comprehensive nursing care for patients as assigned. This includes provision of supportive care, collaboration with other healthcare providers/services and navigation of total patients care from admission till discharge. To demonstrate professional and evidence - based practices.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
A diploma in nursing.

3 years’ experience in nursing services

High level of integrity and confidentiality

Good interpersonal & communication skill

**DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. To demonstrate excellent communication skills during all phases of the therapeutic relationship.

2. To demonstrate “hands on” clinical skills specific to his/her area of practice.

3. Create a positive environment by listening and offering support and always maintaining confidentiality.

4.Establish a caring and therapeutic relationship with patients demonstrating trust, respect, and honesty.

5. To understand the impact of the disease experience and plan how to optimally guide the patient and family throughout the medical treatment.

6. To conduct a thorough nursing assessment of patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.

7. Evaluate patient responses to interventions, to determine progress toward achieving expected outcomes and modify the nursing plan of care accordingly.

8. Formulate, implement, and document a holistic plan of nursing care that is communicated and clarified with the patient / family.

9. To prioritize and organize workflow, in arranging diagnostic tests and procedures.

10. Acknowledge Work Instruction and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of Hospital.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
