Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic **Assistant Supervisor** to join our growing team You will assist in managing daily operations, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and ensuring smooth team performance. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about leadership and hospitality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support in overseeing daily outlet operations.
- Ensure food quality, service standards, and outlet cleanliness are consistently met.
- Assist in managing staff schedules, attendance, and team discipline.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering.
- Train, coach, and motivate outlet team members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and company policies.
- Step up as acting Supervisor when the Outlet Supervisor is unavailable.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B or retail operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of inventory and cash handling.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and on shifts.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
