**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
- Issue purchase orders and track their progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with key vendors and negotiate favorable terms.
- Maintain and update procurement records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align purchasing activities with business needs.
- Coordinate with site teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement strategies.
- Resolve supply chain issues, including delays, shortages, and quality concerns.
- Handle daily operation of Purchasing routine in timely manner.
- Ensure the effectiveness of delivery of Purchasing and Procurement services to support company’s operation.
- Source and negotiate for good and services according to workflow process.
- Review of purchase order for accuracy to ensure continuous supply for productions and operations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics and etc.
- 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing related roles is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
