Our latest category addition - Personal Care, with the introduction of Dyson Supersonic has taken the markets in big waves. With our ambitious growth plans for the Personal Care category, we are seeking beauty enthusiasts with a passion for innovative technology to represent our Personal Care category as a Dyson Stylist. You will specialize in delivering an exciting and compelling experience primarily focused on our hair dryer - Supersonic. Stylists are responsible for delivering hands on demonstrations that include styling and relationship building with our customers, while achieving specified goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- First to learn, share, and inspire customers through a best in class experience.
- Create unique Dyson Supersonic shopper experiences with strong articulation of competitive values to win customers.
- A thought leader in hair care and hair styling in demonstrating the capabilities of Dyson Supersonic technology.
- Oversee the day to day operations of the outlet while providing exceptional customer service and product presentation.
- You will ensure that the outlet operates efficiently and profitable while maintaining the level service that is uniquely.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Hair care, Skin care and/or Cosmetic Brands is required for this position
- Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese preferred.
- At least 3 years(s) of working experience in the related field
- Good leadership qualities and able to work independently, mature and a team player
- Must be a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player, driven to exceed sales performance aspirations and creating an innovative customer experience.
- Location: Queensbay Mall and Gurney Paragon Mall
- Basic Salary + Commission + Fix Allowances + Quarterly Incentive + Bonus can go up to RM5000 to RM10000 per month.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
