Responsibilities:

- Factory construction experiences is preferable.
- Responsible for construction/property development of a township.
- Lead the project team to oversee all development activities within approved budget, project duration and with high quality standard.
- Involved in Overall Planning and Feasibility study for Potential Development Projects;
- Recommending for engagement of consultants in accordance to relevant disciplines of works and coordination of all consultants' job activities;
- Coordinate with Consultants to meet Project Budget, Quality of Design, and Submission of Plans for Authority's Approval within the time frame set;
- Coordinate with relevant consultants to organize tender calling, conduct tender interview, analyze and prepare tender report, recommending the selection/appointment of contractor;
- Overseeing and overall management of the projects throughout the construction period ensuring project complete within time frame and cost;
- To organize with relevant authorities for CCC inspection and follow up on their clearance till issuance of CCC;
- Design coordination with the consultants, contractors and the internal technical support team to resolve all technical matters and requirements;
- To ensure projects meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring and supervising the work of the contractors.
- Physical monitoring of daily site activities including coordination with contractors, suppliers, etc.
- Overseeing site measurement work for interim contractor claims.
- Responsible for construction schedule, monitor and follow up on the progress of the works at site.
- To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the plans and drawings, specifications and work instructions, etc.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
