Location: KLIA 2, Sepang

Here are your responsibilities:

- Greet customers, take their orders, educate them about our food and drinks and get their feedback.
- Prepare food and drinks according to the standard guidelines.
- Clean, sanitize and tidy the store, equipment and utensils.
- Count, order and refill inventory.
- Address and resolve customer issues in a polite and professional manner.
- Communicate with the other crew members effectively and respectfully.
- Look after the plants in the store.
- And perform other ad-hoc tasks.
**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Able to speak and write in English.
- At least 1 year of barista experience preferred.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Able to work for at least 6 months.

**Benefits**:

- Salary: RM1800-RM2200/month or RM9-13/hour (with barista experience) or RM7-8/hour (no barista experience)
- Opportunity to be assigned and rotated within the company’s other branches for additional training and experience.
