**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Live Host**:

- Plan & Host engaging and professional live sessions on TikTok, Instagram, and etc to showcase products and brand identity.
- Deliver confident and charismatic on-camera presentations that attract, engage, and influence audiences.
- Communicate product features, styling tips, and brand values in a clear, persuasive, and relatable manner.
- Interact with audiences in real time - answering questions, addressing feedback, and creating a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain professional appearance with company brand standards.
- Keep up with social media and trends to enhance the impact of live sessions.

**2) Content Creator**:

- Create, develop, design, and execute engaging content for various social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook and Instagram).
- Shoot and edit video content (interviews, behind-the-scenes, promotional videos) using **CapCut**.
- Design marketing materials such as posters, brochures, banners, and digital ads using Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maintain consistent brand identity across all media.
- Plan, storyboard, and produce creative campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand awareness.
- Create visual content tailored to different businesses under the Ezcare Warranty Group of Companies.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media algorithms, and content formats.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of all scheduled content.
- **Will be required to travel** for on-site shoots, company events, and content-related activities.

**Requirements**:
**Language**: Fluent in **Malay** and **English**

**Experience**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business & Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation and graphic design
- Must know how to **shoot and edit video content using CapCut**.
- Proficient in **Adobe Illustrator** and **Adobe Photoshop**.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity in both design and social media content.
- Experience handling multi-brand or multi-business content creation is a strong advantage.
- Outgoing and personable, able to connect with viewers and represent the brand positively.
- **Energetic and approachable, creating a welcoming presence on camera.**:

- **Must possess own transport and be willing to travel as required.**:

- Excellent creativity, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- **Experience in the automotive industry** will be considered an advantage
