**Responsibilities**:

- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
- 2. Perform a wide range of complex secretarial and administrative duties.
- 3. Responsible for providing high level executive and administrative on matters relating to day-to-day activities.
- 4. Maintain confidentiality and act professionally with all level of management.
- 5. Screening telephone calls, enquiries, requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- 6. Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- 7. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation when required.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Certificate/ Diploma in related field or SPM with credit in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Pleasant personality and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Dedicated, good planning skill and meticulous in work
- At least 1 year experience in administrative work
- Can work independently
