**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product recommendations, answer questions, and ensure customers receive the correct over-the-counter medications and health products.
- Assist customers in locating pharmacy products and services.
- Help pharmacists with the preparation and organization of prescription medications.
- Maintain stock levels and manage inventory, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and organized.
- Handle cash register transactions and process sales accurately.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Provide basic information regarding products and services available at the pharmacy.
- Promote and educate customers on health products and services offered by the pharmacy.
- Ensure all legal and safety regulations related to the sale of medications are adhered to.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail or sales, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- communication and customer service skills.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to interact with a diverse group of customers.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays, if required.
