Pembantu farmasi membantu ahli farmasi dengan menjalankan semua tugas perkeranian yang diperlukan untuk memastikan bahawa farmasi berjalan dengan cekap. Mereka menjawab panggilan telefon, menguruskan daftar tunai, dan menyimpan semula rak dengan ubat-ubatan dan bekalan farmasi lain.
Farmasi i-Sihat Sdn Bhd telah berkecimpung dalam perniagaan Farmasi sejak tahun 2012, yang pada awalnya Enterprise, kini menjadi Sdn Bhd bermula pada tahun 2016, menyediakan dan menawarkan
pelbagai perkhidmatan seperti penghantaran ubat, konsultasi serta nasihat perubatan yang pantas dan cekap. Farmasi i-SIhat Sdn Bhd mempunyai 2 cawangan pada masa sekarang yang lokasinya terletak di Manjung dan setakat ini mempunyai 20 pekerja. Waktu operasi Farmasi i-Sihat Sdn Bhd adalah 9.30 pagi sehingga 10.00 malam, dibuka setiap hari termasuk cuti umum kecuali Hari Raya Aidil Fitri dan Aidil Adha sahaja.
Pekerja Farmasi i-Sihat Sdn Bhd terbahagi kepada pengurusan serta pemasaran dan customer services. Masa bekerja bagi bahagian pengurusan serta pemasaran adalah waktu pejabat, manakala pekerja customer services adalah waktu shif.
