**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sushi making - Prepare sushi, cut & remove fish skin
- Maki making - Prepare maki, slice prawn and cucumber etc
- Sashimi (Fish Cutter) - Slice fish and prepare frozen food, timely food quality & stock check
- Preparation - Top up sushi rice, arrange and prepare fish-related item to the take away counter
- Other duties - Any ad-hoc duties as required by the Superior

**Pre-requisites**:

- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Passionate in sushi making and providing good customer service
- Comfortable handling alcohol and ingredient commonly found in Japanese Sushi Menu
- Willing to work on weekend and public holidays
