**Job Purpose**:
Overseeing restaurant’s business operations including delegating tasks to team members and resolving problems that occur during his/her shift. Their duties include stocking inventory, balancing the cash register and coordinating employee responsibilities to improve efficiency or customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring smooth operations in accordance with the planned sales target and manpower scheduling
- Ensuring all products are prepared with highest hygiene and safety standard and compliance
- Managing costs and operational expenses, by ensuring a healthy stock level of raw materials and supplies, and minimising wastage
- Providing guidance and coaching to team members, creating a positive working environment and a happy culture
- Create a customer experience that delivers the promise of the 4Fingers brand

**Requirements**:

- Individual who is hungry for progress and have a passion for delivering awesome customer experience; love interacting with people, and in creating memorable service experience
- Love the adrenalin and excitement of running a fast-casual store
- Have strong business sense in managing the stores independently and within the 4fingers branding & frameworks and driven to win
- A strong leader who can build amazing, motivated teams
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in F&B Industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
