**Responsibilities**:
The day-to-day responsibilities for the operations team member is exciting as it covers a wide span of areas. Here are some of the key areas:
1. Quality check of the stocks when they arrive to ensure.
2. Ensure all the respective displays are properly stocked and organized. This includes ensuring the proper signage, right price and promotions are on display. 3. Checking of products on display to ensure the integrity and freshness of the products are maintained.
4. Monitoring and managing of the stock inventory which includes packing, weighing and rotating stocks.
5. Ensuring the store and stock room remains clean, organized and in compliance to the safety regulations.
6. Handling customer queries, engaging with product information and assisting in various task such as weighing of produce.
7. Supporting the activation of marketing activations
8. Supporting e-commerce purchases by packing based on the orders.

To provide and to execute operational improvement plans so as to increase the profitability of operations.
To provide support to other departments and on matters relating to marketing and promotional plans.
To attend to customer’s complaints and suggestions.
To review and formulate standard operating procedures and Company’s control system, so as to minimize operating costs, to ensure efficient inventory movement and security system of the store.
To monitor sales performance of the store and to implement marketing strategies in order to attain sales targets.
To train and to motivate staff so as to increase the level of staff performance for future manpower need and new store set-up/ expansion.
To oversee stock control and purchases of office equipment, stationery item and sundry item and to ensure the smooth handling of management documentations and courier services.
To oversee general administrative affairs and to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
