Quantity Surveyor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare cost estimation, tender documents, and bill of quantities (BQ) for projects related to site facilities (e.g. portable toilets, cabins, desludging, etc.).
- Conduct price comparisons and prepare cost analysis for project materials, labor, and services.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants for pricing, contracts, and work schedules.
- Monitor project spending and ensure it stays within the approved budget.
- Review and approve subcontractor claims, variation orders, and progress payments.
- Prepare progress valuations, final accounts, and financial reports for projects.
- Administer project contracts, including pre
- and post-contract work and documentation.
- Assist in procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Support tender submissions and assist the Tender Executive with pricing and documentation.
- Any other tasks as requested by the Management.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
