1 Mechanical and 1 Electrical IOW needed.
- Supervise and inspect work in progress to ensure compliance to Client's Quality standards and inspection checklists, approved drawings, project specifications, quality and safety requirements for all M&E works at site.
- Responsible for following up, coordinating and driving works at site to meet the requirements of the project.
- Ensure materials delivered to site are as per approved material submittals and samples.
- Assist Engineer to plan, monitor and control daily activities at project site and report to the client on the progress of all project activities including milestones and any conditions which will affect the project schedule and performance
- Provide relevant info and response to technical queries from contractors and verify with HQ design engineers.
- Conduct site QA/QC audit and issue site memos & NCR as and when necessary and monitor & track all document submittals
- Ensure all documents are in place and update regularly in systematic order (site records, drawings and instructions from superintendent officer, etc.)
- To prepare IOW site activity report if required
- Liaise with the project team members, including client, consultants, HQ design engineers, contractors and authorities on site matters and interfacing works
- Verify work done by contractors for progress claim certification purpose.
- Attend relevant meetings, discussions and inspections by authorities
- Participate and witness testing & commissioning of all M&E services
- Check and oversee the preparation of as-built drawings and records

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 Years above of working experience in M&E is required for this position.
- Prefer with Data Centre Experience / Highrise/Mall/Hospital (11kV/33kV) and Chiller System.
- Positive attitude, willing to learn and able to work independently.
- Registered with Board of Engineers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: RM7,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Electrical engineering: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
- English (preferred)
