Ar Processor

**As the AR Processor, your responsibilities would include**:

- Releasing blocked sales orders with compliance to Credit Policy and approved LOA.
- New and existing customer credit review and analysis - in collaboration with retained finance and sales team.
- Perform new customer creation in SAP and updating and maintaining customer credit and financial information in SAP.
- Prepare and provide SOA to customers per timeline, and as required.
- Prepare and analyse AR related reports as per scheduled reporting timelines
- Reconcile AR information, including monthly intercompany reconciliation and confirmation, and as required.
- Investigating on under/over payments and obtaining correct invoice details from customer/customer service in case not available
- Handle disputes/customer coordination related to disputed invoices
- Provide supporting data and documents during audit like external audit, internal audit, SOX audit, statutory audit and tax audit.
- Providing backup for China operation in AR related support, as required.

**What will make you successful**:

- Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related fields/ CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Account Payable or equivalent
- **Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply**:

- **Willing to work 2pm - 11pm (Mon - Fri)**:

- Good communication skills
- **Ability to read, write and speak in Mandarin (for China support)
