Route Planner

**Main Duties and Responsibilities: -**
- Prepare Route Design base on forecasting orders.
- Plan and coordinate operations by monitoring the arrival & departure of parcels to region sorting hub and analyze or investigate the reason of delays and ensure the operation is plans according to the schedules and on-time delivery and make sure all deliveries are according to the service level agreement.
- Prepare weekly periodic linehaul plans which prioritize current job orders for production optimization.
- Maintain the route timetable system of the linehaul and local scheduling.
- Review and prepare routing matching and exception analysis.
- Identifying ways to reduce costs by implementation of agreed processes which will increase efficiencies.
- Develops backup plans to support peak season/ peak volume.
- Comply to the set standard operating procedures (SOP) and policies.
- Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.

**Job Requirements: -**
- Fresh graduate or 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- **Able to start immediately will be an advantage.**:

- **Willing to travel across Malaysia.**

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- KL Eco City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
