**Responsibilities**:

- Assist QA Lead on all matters pertaining to overall quality assurance and control program
- Execute the Supplier Quality Management Program and evaluate current supplier base through Supplier Quality Assurance audit
- Assist with creation and management of Supplier Improvement Plans
- Collaborate and consult with supplier representatives on best practices in quality systems, process control methods and problem-solving
- Monitor and drive appropriate action and continuous improvement activities as assigned
- Review third party audits and government audits of suppliers
- Interact with a wide variety of personnel and determine language/literacy barriers issue when interfering with the supplier audit process
- Review and evaluate product complaints as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Support product complaint handling process effectively and processes complaints in a uniform and timely manner
- Responsible for investigation, resolution, and reporting of all product complaints
- Document rectification steps undertaken by suppliers and updates operation team on actions to be taken
- Conduct verification and evaluation for all the existing and new products
- Knowledge and skills in conducting relevant Supplier Quality Assurance Audit or minimum 2 years working experience in a reputable food and beverage chain restaurant
- Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills with outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay (Proficient in any other languages will be an added advantage)
- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
