Nc Programmer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, edit, and maintain CNC programs for blanking machines (e.g., laser cutters, turret punches).
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to generate NC code.
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to optimize cutting strategies.
- Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials and thicknesses.
- Validate programs through simulations or test runs and make necessary adjustments.
- Continuously improve programs to reduce cycle times and minimize waste.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and support machine operators with technical guidance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of NC programs, setup sheets, and revisions.
- Ensure all programming activities comply with safety, quality, and process standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an NC/CNC Programmer, preferably in a sheet metal or blanking environment.
- Proficiency with CAM software (e.g., Siemens NX, SolidCAM, Mastercam, or similar).
- Familiarity with CNC machines such as laser cutters, plasma cutters, turret punch presses.
- Strong understanding of G-code/M-code and CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens).
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T symbols.
- Knowledge of sheet metal materials, properties, and processing methods.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
