Hostel Warden

**Hiring in Penang Island and Seberang Prai is a Permanent positoin.**
Job Scope:

- Allocate rooms and update the resident list regularly.
- Ensure hostel cleanliness, safety, and proper room capacity.
- Monitor food quality and overall living conditions.
- Handle check-in/out, control visitor access, and maintain records.
- Maintain discipline and report any misconduct or complaints.
- Arrange repairs for damages and assist during emergencies.
- Conduct regular inspections and submit necessary reports.
- Cooperate with maintenance and security teams when needed.
- Set a good example in appearance and behavior.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are an advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in hostel or worker management is preferred.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Familiar with basic maintenance or facility reporting.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
