Floral Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create unique flower arrangements for diverse occasions, including festive seasons, anniversaries, corporate events, and more.
- Work closely with clients to understand their preferences and deliver customized floral designs.
- Keep up with floral trends, seasonal availability, and innovative arrangement techniques.
- Handle flowers with care to ensure freshness and longevity in designs.
- Maintain and organize the workspace, tools, and floral supplies to ensure efficiency.
- Assist in setting up floral decorations for events and ensure they meet client expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Flower Arrangement Designer or similar role.
- Strong artistic and creative abilities, with attention to detail and color harmony.
- Knowledge of various flowers, plants, and floral arrangement styles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines for events.
- Certification in Floral Design or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
