**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Managing coordination of marketing and communications activities to leverage reach/results.
- Spearhead the creation of all marketing material
- (Guest & Internal i.e.. Menus, leaflets, in room etc.) and manage the production of all hotel and sales team collateral, branding and logo items ensuring all branding and company guidelines are followed.
- Assist in coordination of marketing campaigns with sales and other hotel activities and brand activities.
- Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of marketing communications/campaigns.
- Support Management in maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant hotel departments are kept informed of marketing/communications objectives and initiatives.
- Ensure press material, image library, third-party websites etc. are updated and accurate.
- Ensure media, influencer and partners lists are accurate, updated and well maintained.
- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results monthly.
- Provide ongoing social media support and growth, both technical and editorial.
- Monitoring all hotel social media channel.
- Support building social media presence & relevance + a network of digital influencer - Instagram, Tik-Tok, relevant blogs and other social media channels.
- Monitoring competitor activity on press and online.
- Maintains all documents, files, and listings up-to-date and performs duties in the most efficient manner.

**WHAT YOU NEED**
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferable.
- At least 3 years’ experience in similar role.
- Creative with hands-on experience with design software (Canva) for purposes of creating/editing hotel collaterals.
- Highly experienced and up to date with engagement/marketing campaigns on social media.
- Outstanding writing, editing and oral communication skills both in English (priority) and secondary languages (Bahasa Malaysia).
- Ability to prioritize, organize work assignments and follow-up.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Confident and dynamic personality, team player.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision or cohesively as a team.

**Salary**: Up to RM3,500.00 per month

- Social media management: 2 years (preferred)
- Graphic design: 2 years (preferred)
