**Summary of Principal Job Responsibility**:
Responsible for managing the overall car park operations & ensure all car park equipment and parking area run smoothly.

**Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- To plan and manage the shopping mall's car park daily operation.
- To lead team in ensuring a smooth and secure car parking facilities.
- To ensure all car park equipment are well maintained.
- To implement and propose efficient patrolling schedule.
- To manage customer feedback/complaints within stipulated time.
- To ensure safe and secure revenue collection process.
- To ensure all SOP are being followed and complied accordingly.
- To prepare monthly reporting and other necessary documentation.
- To work closely with security team in ensuring car park environment are safe at all times.

**Knowledge & Skill Requirements**:

- Has good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.
- Reliable, trustworthy, punctual and able to work efficiently and independently.
- Handle all conflicts and dispute situations amongst tenants, customers, mall visitors with help of security, in a smooth manner avoiding any disruption to mall operations.
- Deliver effective car park operations and manage traffic in the car park and around the mall.
- Ensure mall's safety and security by keeping operational procedures in place, to avoid incidents during mall opening hours and closing hours.

**Job Requirements**
- At least a Diploma in Car Park Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience with 3 years at a managerial position in a similar capacity.
- English, Malay & Mandarin would be a great advantage.
- Experience in shopping complex or apartment complex.
- Self-driven and able to work within tight deadlines.
- Possess strong leadership, people management and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and result oriented in approach.
- Proven ability to be flexible, prioritize and manage multiple projects, as well as solve problems in a timely manner.
- Computer literate with good report writing skills.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:
