1. To be responsible for production planning, material planning and On-Time delivery. 2. To schedule and optimize production schedules for respective lot numbers received and prepared the schedules based on lead time and production efficiency. 3. To plan and control of the raw materials for production uses. 4. To communicate with production floor on the schedule and capacity required. 5. To follow-up and co-ordinate closely with Sales department and Operation teams to ensure all the planned schedule executed accordingly. 6. To monitor and co-ordinate closely with production personnel to ensure the machine capacity is fully utilized in order to fulfill all the customer's requirements on date of delivery. 7. To work with production and liaise with sales on all recovery plans and backlog orders. 8. To follow-up with Engineering on any process changes. 9. To communicate with production floor on any changes in quantity and delivery date based on sales feedback. 10. To propose new delivery schedule for sales department if not able to fulfill customer delivery date. 11. Change of the production schedule plan. 12. Stop production line if there is necessary. 13. Any other duties as per assigned by direct superior. 14. Authorize to stop production line if found any abnormalities
