**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1) Cost Estimating

2) Cost Planning

3) Cost Monitoring and Controlling

4) Drafting Contract Conditions

5) Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

6) Placing Purchase Order to Suppliers

7) Compare and Evaluate Offers from Suppliers

8) Track Orders and Ensure Timely Delivery

9) Review Quality of Purchase Product

10) Enter Order Details into Internal Database

11) Attend to any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Experience in QS (1-2 years)
- Expert in: Taking off, Bill of Quantities, Advance Costing
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Required skill (s): MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Word)
- Independent, with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven
- Application must be willing to work in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
